UTR banking-finance attorneys Scott Ritch and Troy Costa recently helped a national lender successfully close a loan in connection with a nine million dollar acquisition of several acres of real estate at a well-known motor vehicle dealership in Foxboro, MA.
The matter involved a Delaware-based borrower and included an interest hedging agreement, or SWAP.
The transaction had to close quickly to accommodate the needs of both buyer and seller, who had to meet deadlines for each of their respective IRC Section 1031 exchanges.
