Amy Goins concentrates her practice in municipal law and land use. As Assistant Solicitor to five municipalities in Rhode Island, Amy prosecutes misdemeanors, drafts ordinances, reviews contracts, and provides counsel on zoning and planning matters.

Clients appreciate her prompt response to their questions and concerns, as well as her direct personal style and practical approach. She is known for advising clients with the total well-being of the municipality or organization in mind.
