Amy Goins concentrates her practice in municipal law. As Assistant Solicitor to four municipalities in Rhode Island, Amy prosecutes misdemeanors, drafts ordinances, reviews contracts, and provides counsel on zoning and planning matters. Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Brown University and her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Law Review. Prior to joining UTR, Amy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and worked at the City of Providence Law Department. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in the State of Rhode Island and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
